Andrew W. Bilinski is Of Counsel in the law firm of Bikkal & Associates, PC in White Plains, New York.  He practices general civil law and commercial law, in addition to practicing immigration and nationality law.  He represents clients before the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  He also serves as Corporate Counsel to Imagework Technologies Corporation.

Mr. Bilinski earned a joint JD/MBA degree from Pace University School of Law and Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business.  He also earned his Masters of Law (LLM) in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law.  In addition to practicing law, Mr. Bilinski is an avid soccer fan and a volunteer soccer coach in the youth leagues in White Plains, New York.
