Laurie B. Puhn Feinstein is Of Counsel at Bikkal & Associates where she practices Immigration and Nationality Law.
Laurie Puhn Feinstein attended Harvard University where she earned her B.A. in 1999. In 2002, she received her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she served on the Board of the Harvard Mediation Program. She is the author of the national bestseller “Fight Less, Love More: 5-Minute Conversations to Change Your Relationship without Blowing Up or Giving In” and “Instant Persuasion: How to Change Your Words to Change Your Life,” both under the name Laurie Puhn. Since 2005, she has spoken to corporate and non-profit audiences nationwide on communication, persuasion and conflict resolution. Mrs. Feinstein previously had a private mediation practice, and is currently a consultant on diversity, equity and inclusion. She has represented clients in removal and bond proceedings and family-based visa proceedings, including motions, waivers, adjustment of status, asylum and RFEs.
Mrs. Feinstein has a history of civic involvement and human rights advocacy in the New York metro area. She volunteers in the legal department of Neighbor's Link in Mt. Kisco and at My Sister's Place in White Plains. Mrs. Feinstein is an active member of the Town of Greenburgh Human Rights Advisory Committee. She was awarded the Anti-Defamation League’s Leadership Award and the Junior League of Central Westchester's President's Award.
